If they ever stop doing those boosts, it would de-orbit and burn up within a year or two. If they wanted it to stay in orbit forever without any boosts, they’d have to boost it from the current 400 km orbit to somewhere around a 1500 km orbit. Not impossible, but considering the mass of the ISS is 420 tons, it would take an insane amount of fuel to do it.
