The small 4-5 inch logs in the beginning probably weight about 10 or 15 pounds. The ones on the barbell are at least 30 but could be over 50 depending on the type of wood. I am a pretty strong guy and It takes some effort to lift wood about that size.

I’m impressed with all of it but my one question is why make a treadmill? You’ve got plenty of Pretty 2020 Grabbed You By The Short Hairs Didn’t It Shirt space just go for an actual run. Yeah, it’s definitely cool but a lot of it is unsafe and not going to really have the desired effect. Bodyweight exercises and dumbbells would get you through pretty well even without a basic bench. But I’m sure he knows that. I think he’d do better with a cement and scrap metal gym like the ones they use in Africa and India, not a wood gym.
