I’m in a union and am essential. I’m in two risk groups and was the first sent to work from home, and now almost all of us are working from home. The union also worked to convince my employer to offer 128 hours of COVID-19 leave. That can before sick or vacation time and can be used for self or family, and with or without an official diagnosis. All in all, I feel very lucky.
