I’m sure I’ll get downvoted for this but geez, people’s rowing form is bad. I keep to myself and don’t talk or look at Monday Traffic Got Me Like Truck Shirt. That’s one of the things I like. But today I had to in order to keep pace. For one, everyone rows at like the 40s/m, despite being told not to by the coach. At that pace, there’s no possibility of getting any power into any stroke. Or there are the people that drop the handle down below the knees. I have brought up the lack of rowing correction to instructors. Last time I think the coach told us 23 and we had people going 30 and rowing incorrectly. Of course, I kept falling out of line because I couldn’t keep my form and keep up.
