I feel really fortunate that my nurse managers on the front line with us, taking patients often or at least on the floor to help out when needed. A lot of my fellow nursing assistants are calling in. I’m referring to people asking us to use PTO if we get sick and who spend their days in meetings. This may include unit managers not asked to care for patients.
