If anyone hasn’t done so already, watch the Funny Good Batman Yelling At Catwoman Shirt movie Night Shift. I don’t think this movie gets a lot of credit but it’s my favorite one of his. Keaton really rose to prominence earlier in the ’80s with Night Shift and Mr. Mom, but even by the late ’80s, he had started dabbling in drama after years of trying with Clean and Sober. None of the others are even close to as believable as his Bruce Wayne either. The other all feel fake as fuck he actually looks like a real-life Bruce Wayne type, to begin with.. but good god if he isn’t the embodiment of the character.

I might get crucified for this but I think Val Kilmer was a decent Bruce Wayne (terrible Batman, though). He pulled off that “rich guy that thinks he’s a suave sophisticated playboy but is Funny Good Batman Yelling At Catwoman Shirt really just an out of touch douche” persona that Bruce tries to project to divert suspicion. Fun fact: Michael Keaton pranked Mister Rogers by putting a sex doll in his set closet. Rogers responded humorously to the prank by waltzing the doll around the set.

Fucking love Keaton haha. Glad his career came back again after a lot of Funny Good Batman Yelling At Catwoman Shirt crap coming out. Kept cracking up during one of the later episodes of 30 Rock where he was a custodian that kept commenting on how he was glad it was his last day before retirement… foreshadowing something bad to happen to him lol One of my favorite MCU villains personally. You can completely understand the chain of events that led him to that point, and his desires and goals weren’t outlandishly out of character.
