I do scoreboard for College level. One of Awesome Sylvia Fowles Rebound Queen 2020 Shirt the reasons I stopped doing high school games was because the men’s varsity games still had 35 shot clock with a full reset on an offensive rebound. Really slows down the pace of the game especially when both teams have trouble scoring. Same in Illinois, watching a 2-3 zone not move while the PG stands at midcourt is fucking terrible, rather watch the golf team. My high school team lost to our rivals because they held the ball because our team was heating up. Beat them in the playoffs though.

High school official here – have called it several times. Ask the defensive team’s head coach, and Awesome Sylvia Fowles Rebound Queen 2020 Shirt I never call it often enough but ask the offensive head coach and I call it at 4 seconds every time. I appreciate you for calling those. No one should be backing people down from fucking halfcourt. It’s always an old guy with 60 pounds on whoever is guarding them too. I’ve been an official for a couple of rec leagues before, I’ve done it a couple of times for perimeter post up guards ala Mark Jackson. They HATE it. 5 seconds is a good rule but it’s not good as a replacement for a shot clock. Basically allowing the offense to wait for the defense to get out of position before doing anything.
